Brenan Black has over 20 years of experience behind the controls of heavy equipment.  He was integral in the production of large road projects such as the Oceans East Housing Subdivision and construction of Ryan Road off of Route 1 in Belfast, Maine.  He also constructed the infrastructure for the residential subdivision at Lilac Court, off of Lake Avenue in Rockland, Maine.

In addition to the construction of residential neighborhoods and roads, we are able to offer our 20 years of experience on a variety of foundations – slabs and full foundations, including walk-out basements.

Because we are a Net-Zero builder, we specialize in insulated slabs and ICF’s (Insulated Concrete Foundations).  This type of foundation is one of the cornerstones of our energy efficient home package, and we have seen amazing results when your home no longer loses heat or cooling through its foundation.  We are happy to educate you further on thermal mass principles, how these foundations function efficiently, and we always welcome visitors on-site to see our work in-person.

Other areas of specialty are, drainage repair, septic installs, grading and hardscaping, rock removal or install, tree removal or install, post hole digging and fence installs, retaining walls, site clearing, selective cutting and removal – we offer free site visits and a free estimate.
